These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Vistant’s travel consultancy services provided by ARACELI TRELLES LLC (“Vistant,” “we,” or “our”). By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Vistant offers premium travel consultancy and concierge services for business and VIP travelers. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Airport meet and greet.

• Transfer and chauffeur services.

• Hotel coordination.

• Concierge services, including event planning and coordination.

• SIM card services and other related offerings.

2. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when making bookings or inquiries.

• Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

• Keep your account information secure and confidential.

3. Booking and Payment

Bookings for Vistant’s services must be made through our designated communication channels. You agree to provide valid payment information for all services. Payments are due upon confirmation of booking unless otherwise agreed.

• Cancellations or changes to bookings may be subject to additional fees, as outlined at the time of booking.

• All fees for services are exclusive of taxes and additional charges unless otherwise stated.

4. Service Levels

Vistant commits to providing timely responses and service delivery, as outlined in our Service Level Agreement (SLA). We aim to reply to all inquiries within 15 minutes during business hours and within 30 minutes at night. Critical cases will be escalated immediately.

5. Liability

While Vistant strives to ensure the highest standards of service, we are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside of our control, such as natural disasters, transportation strikes, or service provider failures.

We do not accept liability for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by third-party providers, such as hotels or transport services.

6. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Vistant adheres to strict privacy standards. We will safeguard your personal and financial information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your information will only be shared with third-party providers as necessary to deliver services.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vistant, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services or any breach of these Terms.

8. Termination

Vistant reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to services at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, non-payment, fraudulent activity, or breach of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Miami, Florida.

10. Changes to These Terms

Vistant may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes via email or on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
